2000 BLACK COUPE WITH LOTS OF SCRATCHES, ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!

Welcome aboard EHGVETTE!

Let me ask you a couple of questions first.

When you say scratches, can you feel them with your fingernail, when you run your fingernail across them? Or under a certain light do you see a lot of swirl marks? Are you the original owner of the car? The reason I asked this, is that if you bought it used, do you know if the person you bought it from, had it repainted? I AM NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER, BUT THE CAR HAS NOT BEEN REPAINTED.SCRATCHES ARE MORE THAN SWIRL MARKS. SOME CAN BE FELT WITH FINGERNAIL, OTHERS CANNOT.
