Imagine if it was a Moose?   There'd be no FatherLarry's Corvette Shop now.

I'll tell you, the front of this car reminds me of the cow chasers in front of the Robert E Lee locomotive.

Gerry, Sunday is the Corvette's for Kids show at the Washington School in Bally, PA. Do you guys want to go? You can meet me at my house in the morning, and bring others along. We could cruise down their together. Please try to make it. Let me know.
;bt

Pete, your probably referring to the Star Wars van, back in the 70's. It was at the NY Coliseum. There were a few of them, but mine was a black Ford econovan and I airbrushed it. I was lucky, it took first place. It took 75 hours to do. I also worked on cars for Motion Performance, and did some racing at National Speedway after I got out of Viet Nam. I had a yellow '57 E-Gaser. Being I worked in Long Island, my dad and I had a shop and did work on some celebraties cars, such as Eddie Murphy, who lived in the next town and Lawrence Welk, Gerry Coony, Crazie Eddie, Dick Cavett, and a few more that I can't remember. It was a lot of fun and I met good and interesting people. Thanks for remembering the post. I don't remember posting it.....but oh well, senior citizen moment, I guess.;bt

Corvettes for Kids is really a great charity show at the Washington School, and for a great cause. It was good to see all the local Corvette clubs such as the Skyline Drive Corvette club, Allentown Area Corvette Club, and just all the people that participated and donated. You know Gerry, shows like that are what it's about. The gentleman with the red Vette that we sat next to, walked over to his Vette and there was a trophy sitting on the seat. He came back with such a big smile. He was so proud and excited that the kids chose his car.

Made it home without any rain incidents. Thanks for asking. So you couldn't hold out for the chicken:banghead:. Just had to eat those carbs? Pasta and Bread? OMG!!! See ya Sunday.
