Anyone ever use a product from CD-2 called "Engine Detailer"? I've tried it and found that short term it looks/works great! Just a little concerned about any 'down the road' drawbacks. The stuff seems to work well.......gives a shiny/wet appearance, yet dry to the touch. Anyone with knowledge, please let me know if there's a downside.

Where do you get the stuff? How much does it cost?

The CD-2 Engine Detailer should be available at your local parts store for around $4.00 a can. I get mine from AutoZone and/or Advance Auto. (I'm in Chestnut Mtn., Ga.....about 2 miles from Road Atlanta)
One can does me for one total engine bay treatment (w/underhood detailing) with enough left over to do my wheelhouses and shocks/A-frames. (This is after totally cleaning the engine, etc. ie:after doing valve cover gaskets.)
Just follow the directions on the can and then, about every3-4 weeks go back and touch it up.
Good luck.
