I purchased one, but I never installed it. Ecklers has good products. Did you want to know how to install it? Or, did you want to know what others thought of the product?

All I could say is that I bought some of Ecklers products and they stand by their product. A friend of mine bought the Logo shift knobs and said they were pretty easy to install and it does come with directions. I'm sure if you have any trouble you can call the manufacturer or go to any dealership. They should be able to help you. I don't think the shift knobs void the warranty or anything. Good luck.

I'm going to move this post to the technical section. Maybe Mike can answer your questions.

Hi Abnsteel06vette,
Spoke to Mike today and he's getting ready for vacation and has been kind of busy. When he gets a chance he'll get to you. Thanks for your patience.
It' might be a good idea to purchase a shop manual for your year Corvette. Having one is certainly an advantage in situations like this. Just consider it the Bible for Vettes. When I get a chance, I'll look through mine and let you know. I haven't really removed one before, but I'm sure it's quite simple. :smoke:

:usaribbon ;bt :usaribbon :luxhello: Hello Abnsteel06Vette, The way you remove the factory shift control knob is to first pry off the center control knob button with a small screwdriver. Then you'll find a retainer that has a rectangular head, using the small screwdriver again pry straight up to release it. Once removed the knob will unscrew counter clockwise. Hope this helps. Good Luck!!:chevy: MKOTZE
