Steven, I've never seen such weather like this in all my years. It's been very depressing for a lot of people. I heard you'll be helping John with directing the cars. Well, see you there. I'll make a nice Italian dinner one night and you and your wife can come over.

I'm on a diet no carb's. just until I get my sugar back to normal. then I start a work out program. I need to lose 120 pounds.

I've been on the Atkins diet on and off for a few years now, and I have never felt better since I stayed away from the carbs. I lost about 25 lbs the first month I was on it. I was around 300 lbs at one time and I lost a total of 70 lbs. I still have my pasta once a week, but carbs are NO GOOD FOR YOU. They make you sluggish, brings your sugar up, and will also give you gum disease. I'm not a big beef eater, but I'll make you a no carb dinner when you come here.

See you both there. I'm on a low carb diet also. But I can cheat once or twice a month. Lost 30 lbs and dropped my blood sugar from near 300 to normal . Also cholestrol from 320 to 180 and the Dr. said no way without medication. He said I don't know what your doing but keep doing it. I take garlic tablets a good multi Vitamin. Works for me. My wife can give you allot of info. at the show. She is a health nut. I guess my life insurance is to low and I'm worth more alive !!:confused: The weather will be great :lol:
