I got my first Corvette 13 days ago, it's a 1999 convertable, with 6 speed.
It has about 38000 miles.
I have a question, I can't seem to get my keyless entry to work.
I have read the owner's manuel and tested the car to see if it will go into security mode, so if I lock the door with the power lock switch, clsoe it, and wait, then open the door without the key, (leaving the window down and grabbing the inside handle to open) the car's horn will go on and off until the key is inseted into the door's lock.
Maybe I need to buy new batteries for the key fob as the manuel calls it?
I really don't want to have to use my key to unlock it, what do I need to do to make it work right?
