For those who want to install decals, the best method I found is cleaning the surface with rubbing alcholol first, about two or three times with Q tips in the area you are placing the lettering. Wipe dry with clean Q tips.

Get a hair dryer, and heat up the area that you are applying the letters to, keeping a distance of about a foot to a foot and a half, on medium heat. Don't apply it with full heat or too close or you could actually bubble the paint or warp the panel.

Peel back letters one at a time and apply each letter using the Q tips to push it in gently. After letters are installed and pushed in gently with Q tip, apply the hair dryer again and go back and forth very gently, while pushing letters in with Q tip. The heat from the hair dryer makes the plastic letter more pliable and the glue more adhesive. Don't apply too much pressure or heat as you can rip the decal and cause damage to the paint surface. Do it the same way with the steering wheel decal and rocker panels and passenger side air bag. This same method can be used to remove old decals. You can wash excess glue from old lettering off with Q tips and alcohol.

If you don't feel comfortable doing it this way then bring it to a body shop where they may apply the same method professionally.
