Iam having a problem with the primary fan. It has no Vcc supplied. Is there a fusable link in the line? The secondary fan has 12 v supplied constantly and the computer is outputting the low to close the contacts on both fans. the fans ae both new ACdelco units purchased fromn Ecklers and function tested prior to installation. The relays both test good as well.
