Let's hear some stories of your first Corvette experience. Not necessarily your first ownership, but when you first realized that you were in love with the Corvette. How old were you and which Vette?
Mine was when I was 17 and my cousin Mike traded in his '65 convertible for a '67 427 with three dueces. It was the sky blue metallic with white leather interior. They used to have a hamburger joint in Brooklyn called Mitchells and everyone would meet there on Fri and Sat nights with they're hot cars back in the '60's. Then they would choose a run and follow each other to 1st Ave, down by the docks to race. Well that '67 was something else and it still is today.
