We will be meeting at he Red Robin Resturant off exit 57 on I81 half way
between Carlisle and Harrisburg...it is 10 minutes from The Carlisle
fairgrounds....
Lehigh valley residents, email me about your intentions on meeting in
Trexlertown to caravan to harrisburg
Ladies and gentelman, here is the latest inbfo on the hotel plans in VA.
Make sure you book the rooms that you need. I apologize for the short
notice, have had some personal issues at home.

Have you gotten the two emails I sent regarding the Crystal City Days Inn?
I'm about to sign a contract which states that a minimum of 10 rooms (of the
30 block) have to rented in order to receive the $89.00 rate. All rooms
have to be reserved by 6/26/02. If the 10 rooms are not reserved, there will
be a $15.00 service charge. I don't have a problem signing the contract as
they won't have the rooms reserved unless I do. Please get the people who
need a room to call in ASAP. Here is the information again:

Would you please send me your latest plans for July 2nd? I am planning on
