rear lail lights out

just found out the left rear tail lights are out. Checked bulbs, ok.
the front one ligts, but no brake light or turn/brake lights. Should I check wiring or just get new "lamp sockets" ??? Oh, its a '68 of course! two lights.

Although the sockets could be a possiblity it is more likely to be a poor ground for both lamps. Corvettes are noted for having poor ground circuits. It shouldn't be too difficult for your new mechanic to correct. Good luck.:chevy: MKOTZE
