Hi Father Larry,
My wife and I just got home from the barbeque and I figured we would surprise you and join the forum tonight. It was great meeting you at your cousins. They've been friends of mine for a long time, and I'm surprised we never met, being your his cousin and I'm a good friend of his. You would think our paths would have crossed. I guess you were really surprised about the plaque that Ronnies firehouse gave you for your volunteer work with the 911 tradegy. You certainly deserve it.:usaribbon
You should come to Staten Island more often. Your cousin Ronnie and his wife Linda are really great people. She's a great attorney too. She did a great job for us.
Boy, Ronnie's '62 Vette is all original. I can't wait to see your hardtop, and I'll be sure to let all the Staten Island clubs know about your forum. I do a lot of benefits for the clubs, so I know a lot of the people. Looking forward to seeing you up at Carlisle. I'll hand out those flyers you gave me for the Stars & Stripes tour to Island Chevrolet. I'm sure he'll make a contribution and I'll pass it on to other dealers in my area. Keep up the good work and the forum looks great. Seems like a nice group of people. I didn't realize that there was such a limited amount of hardtops made. I knew I had something special here. It's the best Vette that I ever owned, outside of my '67. Sorry it's a vert though. Again, I have to say that you did a great job on your website and forum. I think you'll get more activity as time goes on, after all you just set this up in February, so give it time. Everyone is probably busy waxing their cars right. Your knowledge of the automobile industry is incredible and thanks for sharing your knowledge with my wife and I this evening. Thanks for letting me know about the forum. Looking forward to being a member here. I am going to try to make it to Eorios Bakery and Barbeque on June 9 that you told me about. It will also be great going up to the Top Vettes weekend in Sacket Harbor, NY with you and Ronnie. It's beautiful up there. Talk to you soon.
See ya Pizone!:chevy:
