well, I finally have all the parts. Now I just need a picture of the hole in the floor from a C3 manual to see how big a hole I need to cut.

I just had my console on my '80 4 speed apart a few weeks ago for some clean up work. I didn't take any photos, but from what I recall the hole is maybe 5-6 inches square. It's hard to tell because there's a boot under the console that covers it. I'm thinking if you have that boot and make the hole no bigger than it, you'll be fine. Good luck. ;bt

I too seek absolution for my absence! I promise to repent and get back to my project... Its just those "honey-do" lists keep getting in the way!
