Hi Bob,
Hope all is well with you. The reason for this email, is that I'm curious about the 5w 30 Mobil 1 super syn extended 15,000 mile oil change, opposed to using the 5w 30 regular super syn. Could I use the 15,000 extended in place of the standard 5w 30 synthetic in my Z06, which only has 1400 miles on it? Could I also use it in my 2007 Z06 which I have on order? Thanks Bob. Last year I would have said no because the extended drain Mobil 1 was based on an older formulation. However the current Extended Mobil 1 is excellent and may be used. However , I am not sure it is labeled with the Corvette approval number.
