Larry,

I live just outside of Philadelphia. Can you recomend a reliable

rebuilder to get a correct engine block with heads in this area?

I have a '57 block in the car now,and would like to have a 519

283/230 block put in at some point in the future. I'm not that

anal about matching numbers,as the car is a real nice driver.

Thanks for any input you give me.

Chris

Call Corvette Kotze 610 867 4829. He works out of his house in Bethlehem, PA. I'm sure he can help you with what you need. He does most of the repairs and restorations for the Lehigh Valley area Corvette owners. His prices are not as high as going to a retail repair shop. Believe me, you won't get a better craftsman than Mike, here on the East coast.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Vette, and he's local.

Forgot to say Welcome aboard Chris. Chris he just got done with a '69 427 convertible, matching number all around. He's a perfectionist for detail, when it comes to the mechanical end. His attention to detail is incredible. He's the head mechanic for Outten Chevrolet and one of the top men in the area for Corvettes. From C1's to present. Here are some more pics of Mike.
