Front fender louvers, vents on the roof side panels and ribbed rocker panel molding were styling features used on the sides of the new Corvette. The interior had circular gauges with black faces. There was storage space under the seats. Among the standard equipment was: Windshield washer and defroster, cigarette lighter and safety belts. Seven exterior colors were offered: black, white, silver, silver blue, Daytona Blue, red, and tan. Only 1.3% this year were optioned with A/C. 83.5% came with 4 speeds. Seven colors were available: Black, white, silver, silver blue, Daytona blue, red, and tan. An L84 equipped 1963 Corvette could do 0-60 in 5.9 seconds.
