I have noticed that the tilt wheel steering column on my 86 has developed a little play. The car has a tilt and teloscopic steering column , there is no play in the teleoscopic part only the tilt. I recently had a new stereo put in and noticed it after that. I took the under dash panels off and don't see an adjustment. Does anyone know if this can be tightened up to get rid of the play without replacing the column ? Thanks:wavey:
