I have a 1972 big block convertible with automatic and AC. The car is an original red on red. I would like to know what the product quantities of a car like this might have been. Is there some place I can go to look it up.

Often on your year, the build sheet is stuffed in the rear frame. Definitely if the car wasnt' touched, the build sheet should be on top of the gas tank. It will give you everything you need to know. Unfortunately, GM didn't start keeping records until the National Corvette Museum opened up. Here's a link that may help.
