Does any know if removing the Cat on a 1990 vette will effect the performance of the engine.

Hi I pulled the cats out of my 89 vette and i can notice a differance i think it goes heaps better I also have take off the air pump gained .5 of a second on the 1/4 mile

we can buy air pump removal kits here in Australia and yes it does make a differance

In Australia maybe, but not here. The member asking is from the US. Yes it can make a difference, but may be looking for trouble if it's against the law.
