Manual trans problems

Hi Again,
This is the only other problem with the car...lol knock on wood. It has 91,000 miles on it and it is an 85. While you are in second gear sometimes it poppes out of gear on it's own. It only happens in second gear all others are fine. Someone mentioned to me it could be the syncros.....or it may need adjustment? Has anyone heard of this or have some advice. Also, any good corvette shops near Detroit that work on the manual trans if it needs to be taken in??

Syncros are a possibility. Has the clutch ever been changed?

Well,
I have tried to contact the original owner I bought it from and cannot get a hold of him. But he is the one that has the answer. I would say probably not but it might have been after 90,000 miles. I will let you know when I hear from him.
