I tried to do a spark plug wire change on my car that has about 70000 milles and I found the L1 engine a little difrent than my other ex's vette's L98 engine. I coud not get to the distributor from the driver side. Do I need to do what I think I need to do? I mean those wires are betwen the fixed steel power stering hose and what apears to be the accesories munting braket with nearly not enough clearance just for the wires themselves. It seams that those accesories have to come off just to do a spark plug wire change. Any ideas out there on tips for time saving when performing this wire replacement procedure? :banghead:
