Hello once again. I finally instaled all four raybestos drilled and sloted discs with high performance braking pads. The brakes are now in running in period and I hope these brakes will be better than previous stock ZR-1. So far, during hard accelerations I didn't have no problems with the brake light coming on. Brake fluid is also new and like MKotze said we checked wires to see weather this light goes on becouse of possible short connection during engine movement while accelerating. We didn't find any possibilities of short connections. One more thing is bothering me; front left hub&bearing assembly seems to be slightly loosened (faulty bearing). Can it cause front disc and brake pad to wear out much quicker or it has no influence during heavy braking? I can't see how to tighten that bearing becouse it is really a minor fault. Beside all this I have taken off the whole exhaust system to change gaskets on the engine block because I suspected there was a leak. I was right but that solved problem only partialy. I still hear the sound of leak on the exhaust and think it could be broken piping right on the exit of engine. It had some kind of protection over itself wich I didn't remove so now I suspect there is a leak there (because other parts of the exhaust seemed ok? Could it be? So far, engine service soon light is still coming on. Please if someone knows how to repair hub&bearing assembly without buying a new one becouse if it affects the brake (rotor and brake pad) I would certainly want to prevent it. How long does it take to "run in" the brakes? I've done some 120 miles so far?
Regards

Regards Hello Mario, Unfortunately, yes the hub bearings will cause a brake problem. It will cause uneven wear of the pads and rotors. There is no repair other than replacing the complete hub bearing. As for the exhaust I'll do some checking and get back to you on that.:chevy: MKOTZE
