Fuel Injector Removal 1990-1991
Relieve the fuel system pressure, then disconnect the battery negative cable.
Remove the plenum, cold start valve line, if necessary, runners and cold start valve.
Disconnect the fuel lines and the fuel line connectors.
Lossen the fuel injector rail retaining bolts and raise the rail, with fuel injectors, upward and away from the manifold.
Rotate the injector retaining clips to the unlocked position to relaease the injector. On ZR1's remove retaining clip. Withdraw the injector from the fuel rail opening.
Remove the O-ring seals from both ends of the injector. Discard and replace the seals.
Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. Connect the battery negative cable.
Good luck, welcome to the forum, and let us know how you make out. If you need any further help, post on Corvette Kotze's technical section.:smoke:
