Hello, I am new to this group, I have a 1969 350/350 roadster that is in restoration mode, it is a monaco orange 4spd. It is a very late 1969 Dec car (strike year)
It should have had a 010 block dated for oct/nov J or K but presently has a 010 '74 block.
I am looking to find the correct block if I can, also were they definately 4 bolt? I heard both answers.
Any input would be appreciated.

The block number does not tell you if it has two or four bolt main bearing caps. However, the information I have says that if it has a date code for 1969 it would have a four bolt main cap. The 70-75 may or may not but there is no way to tell by the numbers. I hope this helps.:chevy: MKOTZE

Thx for a reply, I was starting to wonder where the C3 gang was? Anyway You are correct for 4 bolt as far as I can tell, still would like to find that 010 J OR K block though?
Thanks for the input!!!!!!
