Just bought 94 vette convertible...please help with questions.....

i was wondering if i should change my white vinyl top to a black canvas on my white 94 vette lt1? i think black will look nicer b/c it hides dirt and wrinkles. but the white might look nice when its brand new with no cracks or tears and crisp clean white.
what do you think everyone?

why do you say vinyl? i thought the black was canvas from factory. any reasoning behind it

If I remember correctly I think the '94's came in a cloth type vinyl material. They do make an aftermarket custom vinyl black for all Vettes. They have different grades of canvas and vinyl for both colors and prices will vary. The new Anniversary Corvette verts have a cloth type top which is very hard to take car of and gets dirty very fast. It also can get streaky if you use the wrong products to clean them.
